Somit ist es z.B. auch möglich, empfindliche Produkte wie Sensoren schonend zu schweis­sen. Das äusserst stabile, modular erweiterbare Telsonic Presse­design in Kombination mit der Steuerung Telso®Flex garantiert ein Maximum an Prozessbeherrschung. Verschiedene Schweissmodi und Triggerarten ermöglichen die opti­male Schweissung von Fügeteilen. Schweissresultate werden in Qualitätsfenstern überwacht und automatisch grafisch und statistisch ausgewertet.

Bei diesen kleinen und handlichen Magnetschweißwinkel können Werkstücke aus Metall bei 45° sowie in 90° gehalten werden. Sie sind robust, wartungsfrei und können bis zu einer Temperatur von 80 °C eingesetzt werden. Werkstücke lassen sich leicht positionieren, ausrichten und fixieren. Sonotroden sind Ultraschallwerkzeuge, die durch das Einleiten von hochfrequenten mechanischen Schwingungen in Resonanz versetzt werden. Die Sonotrodenkonstruktion erfolgt mittels Finite-Element-Methode (FEM) und garantiert daher stets optimales Schwingverhalten und lange Lebensdauer. Schweißschrauben und Schweißstifte mit Langbuckelwarze sind bei uns in der Festigkeitsklasse 8.8 und in Edelstahl A2-50 meist ab Lager lieferbar. Schweißschrauben und -stifte der Festigkeitsklasse 8.8 sind bei uns gebeizt und leicht geölt, sprich ohne Oberflächenschutz.
